Where are you based?
We are based in Auburn, Massachusetts. We typically photograph around the Boston area, but do travel all around New England and Internationally.
Do you shoot film or digital?
We shoot exclusively in digital. But we do offer film add ons.
Do you offer videography too?
We sure do!
Do you offer a second photographer?
Every single one of our sessions come with a second photographer. From weddings, events, and even portraits we always have a second
photographer on staff. For portraits the reason we have a second photographer is to get what we like to call "candid shots". Of the family interacting.
How do we book?

How long does it take to receive the photos?
To get your photos can take anywhere from 24 hours to 14 days for portraits or commercial work depending on the amount of photos taken. But we always keep back ups of all of our images and footage we have ever taken. So if in 10 years you lose your photos, no worries, we have them!
Can you photoshop me? Make me skinny? Look younger?
I am afraid the answer is no. We see beauty in everyone, and capture what is happening right in front of us. Remember to be happy and be relaxed, and remember how awesome you really are! However, we do edit the photos to the absolute best quality, and desired style.

Absolutely 100% fully insured.
Wedding F.A.Q's
How far in advance should we book our wedding?
Most couples book between 9-12 months from their wedding date. We do however recommend 9-24 months since we never double book on a day. We will accept, occasionally, weddings booked 2-6 months prior to the date.
Weddings: Do you accept cash, credit card, check?
We accept all forms of payment listed above. We also offer online payment for your convenience as well.
Weddings: How much is a deposit for a wedding?
Since we never double book, we require 25% of the total package price to hold your wedding day. This is considered our booking fee, and is subtracted from your total package price.
Weddings: Do we always receive a highlight video?
Absolutely! If you have selected a video package a 5 minute bonus highlight video is included. If you would like to add this on to your photography package please let us know!
Weddings: How long does it take to receive the photos/Videos?
To get your photos can take anywhere from 30-60 days depending on the amount of photos taken. To get your videos can take anywhere from 30-60 days depending on the editing style you choose. But we always keep back ups of all of our images and footage we have ever taken. So if in 10 years you lose your wedding photos, no worries, we have them!
Weddings: What is your refund policy?
The booking fee is non-refundable. Here is an excerpt from our contract for all couples "In the event of the Clients cancelling the wedding for whatever reason the booking fee and any payments made thus far are non-refundable. There can be a transfer of dates within two years of the original wedding date. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Photographer. In the event that the client cancels the contract for any reason, all monies paid thus far, including the scheduling fee shall be retained by Mariah Comolli Photography in order to offset its loss of business."
